Welcome to this bustling home, with two littles and working parents. 
These clients wanted clean lines and function to upgrade their builder grade
home.  While crisp and monochromatic in colour, a pop of yellow and
natural wood tones warm up this space for everyday living.

Removing two half walls allowed us to add this custom island with
gorgeous quartz.  Her dreamy veins pulling all the tones together while
doubling the counter space.  And it doesn’t miss a beat on function with
dual access cabinets that hold all the littles playdough and art supplies for days! 

Subway tiles, a new faucet and an apron sink welcomes you with high impact. 
If you were lucky enough to come and sit a while, the mix of old and new brings
interest to this new build.
